Mr. Dickson has more than 15 years of experience. Among its principal clients are intermediation entities, telecommunication companies, construction companies, family business groups, and Public Administration entities.

He has represented his clients in financial transactions, such as acquisitions and mergers, restructuration of loans, project finance for hotels, as well as in the energy, consumer goods and free zones sectors. Likewise, he collaborated in the engineering and contractual structure of securitization of assets.

Mr. Dickson has also been a consultant to different Public institutions for the consultation of administrative regulations. In terms of public procurement, he has led work teams in international public bids on telecommunications and social assistance to the Dominican Government. He has also been a consultant contractor of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the reviewing of public bidding documents in the Dominican Republic.

In arbitration, he has represented national and international companies in institutional arbitrations before the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Chamber of Production and Commerce of Santo Domingo involving claims of US$8 million.

In administrative litigation, he routinely practices in the administrative courts acts and actions of the Administration. He successfully defended the Administration in the first litigious case in the Dominican Republic on unfair trade practices and safeguard measures.

He is currently a member of: the Foro Iberoamericano de Derecho Administrativo (FIDA), the Dominican Bar Association, the Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Chamber of Production and Commerce of Santo Domingo, Arbitrator of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Chamber of Production and Commerce of Santo Domingo, member of the National Association of young entrepreneurship (ANJE), the Asociación Dominicana de Derecho Administrativo (ADDA), and of the Board of Director of the Network Enlaces, Inc.
