
She joined the firm in 2017. Attorney with experience in the areas of tax, banking, real estate, corporate law, and civil and commercial litigation, participating in the structuring of complex transactions, negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as due diligence processes and legal risk mitigation.
She has experience advising local and international clients, including financial intermediation entities, private sector companies, and public sector institutions, participating in the preparation and review of standard-form agreements, financing agreements, restructurings, and other high-profile corporate and banking instruments.
Likewise, she has actively participated in contentious proceedings of a tax and contractual nature, collaborating in the design of procedural strategies, drafting of judicial documents, and jurisprudential and doctrinal analysis for the representation of clients at different stages of litigation.
She possesses a strong academic background complemented by specialized diploma programs and seminars in Tax Law, Financial and Banking Legislation, Secured Transactions, Administrative Law, and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance.
She was part of the winning team awarded first place in the First Edition of the Ibero-American Criminal Litigation Competition (CILIP), held by Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2017. Likewise, she obtained second place in the University Debate Tournament organized by Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), the Vice Presidency of the Dominican Republic, and the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (FUNGLODE), and served as a judge in debate competitions organized by FUNGLODE and national universities.
