Joined the firm in 2024, she has completed various certificate programs and specializations in Administrative Law, with a particular focus on Public Procurement. Her experience includes representing major telecommunications companies, tourism groups, and financial institutions in civil, administrative, and labor litigation.
Currently serving as an attorney in the Administrative and Regulatory Law Department, she advises both public and private entities on procurement and contracting procedures with the Dominican State. Her practice also involves extensive litigation before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.
She previously held roles as Director of the Editorial Board of the Law Review at the Ibero-American University (UNIBE) from 2020 to 2021, Publications Director from 2019 to 2020, and Editor from 2018 to 2019.
