He currently focuses his practice on administrative litigation, regularly handling administrative contentious appeals and precautionary measures. He participated in the defense of the Administration in one of the first proceedings of harmfulness declaration in the Dominican Republic, achieving a positive outcome.

Furthermore, he has acted on behalf of various Financial Intermediation Entities in the Dominican Republic, handling multiple civil and commercial litigation cases.

He has represented national and international companies in institutional arbitrations before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (CCI) involving claims of US$8 million.
