He possesses a strong academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Political and Electoral Studies, as well as various complementary courses, among which the following stand out: the XXIX Trial Skills Academy of California Western School of Law (2022); participation in several International Congresses on Constitutional Law (2015, 2018, and 2022); and a course on Corporate Criminality and Human Rights taught by the University of Salamanca (2020).
He has more than 10 years of professional experience, with a focus on the strategic and technical representation of clients in complex litigation and highly relevant legal and media-sensitive proceedings, always acting in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards.
He has a solid track record representing national and international companies in high-profile judicial proceedings, including civil and real estate disputes involving significant legal complexity, receiving recognition such as being acknowledged by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Litigation Star. Likewise, he has participated as lead counsel in criminal proceedings of substantial public impact and international relevance.
He has also served as an expert witness in mattersa of civil liability under the laws of the Dominican Republic, appearing before the King’s Bench Division of the High Court in London, United Kingdom.
