Joined the firm in 2014. She has participated in several diploma courses and specializations in commercial law, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), administrative law, trust, and arbitration.
She has worked in the legal structuring of public and private initiatives for PPPs as well as assisted in projects of Assignment of credit of financial entities after mergers in the Dominican Republic and has represented national and international companies in institutional arbitrations before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) involving claims of US$8 MM.
She was part of the group of the second-place winning team in the First National Arbitration Law Competition held by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santiago, Inc. (2015). She was also a member of the Dominican team that achieved fifth place in the IX International Arbitration Competition organized by the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and the University of Rosario (2016), positioning the country in the best ranking in history. She served as Executive Director for two consecutive years (2016 and 2017) of the committee that created and organized the First Criminal Litigation Competition in the country.
